Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found on the page linked to your order https://www.pixnlove.com/order-history

Click on the order in question and go to the very bottom of the page to find the tracking number. An email from us and another from the carrier will also be sent to you, in order to communicate this tracking number to you. Remember to look at your spam folder, it is possible that these automatic emails arrive as unwanted.

My order contains a preorder product and others already available. When will I receive the latter?

As mentioned in the CART page of the website, we do not separate orders, with some exceptions. It will therefore be necessary to wait for the availability of all the products before the order is sent to you.
